Heat 1: 30-minute surf, Judged by heat 2 surfers
Heat 2: 30-minute surf, Judged by heat 1 surfers (each surfer gets 1 vote)
Final: 20-minute surf, Heat 1 top 2 Vs. Heat top 2
All participating surfers get a vote.
